Carolina Alvarado has a Masters in Fine Art and has worked in education since 1997. Her experience includes a wide range of educational disciplines, including Montessori School and in both suburban and urban school districts. She has also received a Guggenheim for teaching art in “at risk” schools. She has managed all ages from early childhood to high school and, since she was born in Spain, is fluent in speaking and writing in Spanish. She has supervised programs and managed many teams in educational settings. These positions have enabled her to provide students with a “head start” in mastering basic skills. Carolina is strives to be creative, to be purposeful and to be a mentor.
