MTS, South Asian Religious Traditions, Harvard Divinity School 2010
B.A. Religion, University of Vermont 2007

Prior to returning to Vermont in 2015 to raise a family, I lived in the southern Catskills of New York, managing the communications for a global non-profit that produces meditation retreats and programs. Every free chance I had I spent climbing in the Gunks or visiting NYC. Before that I lived in Cambridge, MA, where I studied South Asian religious traditions at the Harvard Divinity School, rode my bike everywhere, and drank way too many cortadas. I spent my undergrad years at UVM, enjoying the live music scene, playing outside (UVM Outing Club Trip Leader), and never quite able to quench my thirst for learning.

I have done a little traveling, including to India twice (once to study Sanskrit), Italy for a summer of geologic study and gelatos, and dream of returning to Spain to walk El Camino. I recently began to learn how to telemark ski, and love it. I’m also an avid practitioner of hatha yoga and enjoy singing and playing the harmonium.

I live on a homestead in Newfane with my husband, my son, and too many chickens.
